At ExCeL London Hospitality, we deliver catering and hospitality services to one of the world’s largest and most dynamic exhibition centres — ExCeL London.

We are currently seeking Logistics Porters to support our operations across retail, hospitality, and event spaces. This role is ideal for individuals who are reliable and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced event environment.

Logistics Porter – Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the movement, loading, and unloading of catering equipment, stock, and supplies.
• Support set-up and breakdown of event spaces, retail units, and storage areas.
• Transport goods safely across the venue in line with manual handling guidelines.
• Ensure all equipment and materials are positioned correctly and on time.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation within storage and logistics areas.
• Work closely with supervisors and wider operational teams to ensure smooth event delivery.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work 3–4 days per week, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive approach to work.
• Positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
