We’re seeking a Team Leader with a strong background in hospitality and event management. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, adaptable, and committed to delivering outstanding service while overseeing and executing high-quality events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret function sheets to plan and organize equipment and displays.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff across buildings to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food and beverages.
  • Deliver with attention to detail and presentation.
  • Ensure all hospitality areas are kept clean, well-stocked, and aesthetically pleasing.
  • Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and service timelines.
  • Foster a team spirit and collaborative working environment between all departments 
  • Train and mentor staff to uphold high service standards and excellent customer service.
  • Schedule and manage time to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through consistent quality and service excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hospitality and events environment is essential.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
