Location: Gateshead

Hourly rate: £13.50 per hour

14forty are looking for a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to help keep our operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll use your skills to maintain high cleaning standards and support your team. What You’ll Be Doing

• Check and store deliveries promptly and correctly

• Supervise and support your team, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere

• Act as a responsible key holder

• Assist with weekly paperwork and other necessary tasks

• Produce weekly rota's following manager guidelines

• Order stock to maintain correct levels

• Delegate tasks and ensure the team stays proactive

• Follow all Food Handling & Hygiene standards

• Comply with Health & Safety regulations

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience supervising a frontline team in a similar environment
• Good communication skills and a focus on excellent customer service
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive approach
