Restaurant Supervisor – Full Time (Monday to Friday)

Pay: £16 per hour
Hours: 40 hrs per week (Mon–Fri) 06:45 start

We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our busy retail restaurant in central London. You’ll lead a small team, manage day-to-day service, and ensure high standards of quality, presentation, and customer care.

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant or café

• Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills

• Hands-on approach and attention to detail
