Live for the buzz of high-end service?  Want to work at the heart of the world’s most elite motorsport events? Alpine F1 is looking for passionate, professional Bartenders to join our trackside hospitality team across the European Formula 1 calendar. 

You’ll be mixing cocktails, pouring Champagne, and delivering world-class service to VIPs, sponsors, and corporate clients—all just metres from the action. As an Alpine Bartender, you won’t just be serving drinks—you’ll be creating experiences. From crafting premium cocktails to recommending the perfect wine pairing, you’ll play a key role in ensuring guests enjoy a flawless and memorable race weekend.

What You’ll Be Doing

:• Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers & non-alcoholic drinks to perfection 

• Deliver attentive, engaging service to high-profile guests 

• Maintain a spotless, fully stocked bar in line with luxury standards 

• Work seamlessly with chefs, waitstaff, and event teams to ensure smooth service 

• Follow alcohol laws and responsible service policies 

• Assist with setup, stock control, and post-event breakdown 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Multilingual requirement – Fluent English and French or Italian 

• Proven bartender experience in luxury or fast-paced environments 

• Strong knowledge of mixology, wines, and premium spirits 

• Immaculate appearance and confident, friendly attitude 

• Calm under pressure with exceptional service skills 

• Willing to work weekends, long hours & travel across Europe 

• A passion for creating unforgettable guest moments
