About the Role
Sous Chef – Monday to Friday, 40 Hours per Week – Canary Wharf
We are seeking a skilled and motivated sous chef to join our staff dining team based in Canary Wharf.
Role Details:
Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Start between 7:00 AM and 7:30 AM, finish between 3:30 PM and 4:00 PM
Rate: £20.11 per hour
Overtime: Paid at standard hourly rate
Location: Canary Wharf staff dining facility
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
Preparing and cooking high-quality meals for staff dining
Managing kitchen staff and ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met
Assisting with stock control and menu planning
Requirements:
Previous experience as a sous chef or similar role
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Passion for quality food and teamwork
