Chef – Aberdeen Airport
£13.75 per hour
40 Hours per Week – Full Time

We’re currently recruiting an ambitious Chef to join our team at Aberdeen Airport, working full-time (contracted to 40 hours per week).

As a Chef, you’ll be responsible for preparing and serving food that truly brightens our clients’ and customers’ days – all within the UK’s market-leading food service company. • Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers

• Overseeing and implementing menu changes

• Identifying opportunities to improve food services

• Listening to and acting on customer feedback to drive continuous improvement

• Supporting the creation of new menus and creative food concepts

• Representing ESS and maintaining a strong brand image

• Monitoring stock levels to ensure kitchens are well-supplied

• Overseeing kitchen cleaning tasks and maintaining hygiene standards

• Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health & Safety regulations

• Prepare, cook, and present food to the highest standards – checking for taste, presentation, and quality

• Ensure all food preparation follows strict hygiene procedures

• Support all areas of the kitchen as needed

• Serve food promptly and maintain efficiency, especially during busy periods

• Have experience running a Central Production Kitchen or working in Food Manufacturing for Distribution

• Create a positive, team-focused working environment
