We are looking for an exceptional Sous Chef to join our luxury hospitality team in Colnbrook. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented chef with proven leadership skills to support the Head Chef and manage a high-performing kitchen team.

The Role

As Sous Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a busy kitchen, delivering dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation. You will work closely with the Head Chef, leading by example, and creating a positive, professional, and motivated team culture.

 Key Responsibilities
     •    Oversee kitchen operations alongside the Head Chef
     •    Lead, inspire, and develop a skilled kitchen team
     •    Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and service standards
     •    Manage stock control, ordering, and cost efficiency
     •    Maintain impeccable food hygiene, health, and safety standards
     •    Support menu development and contribute to luxury culinary innovation

 About You
     •    Strong background as a Sous Chef within luxury hospitality, fine dining, or high-end restaurants
     •    Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams
     •    Calm and confident in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
     •    Highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about refined cuisine
          •    A natural communicator with a team-focused mindset
