Front of House Assistant - Grind (Waterloo Station, London)

£13.85 per hour/ Part time and full time contracts available

We’re looking for a friendly, energetic Front of House Assistant to join our team at Grind. This is a brilliant opportunity to be part of a vibrant restaurant environment, where individuality and great customer experiences are at the heart of everything we do.

As a Front of House Assistant, you’ll be the face of Grind – welcoming guests, creating a warm and memorable atmosphere, and making sure every customer leaves with a smile.

What you’ll be doing:

• Creating a welcoming, positive environment for every guest
• Serving food and drinks with energy and pride, making each interaction personal
• Handling transactions smoothly and confidently
• Keeping the front of house running seamlessly, from service to cleanliness
• Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
  

What we’re looking for:

• A people-first mindset – you love making guests feel at home
• Enthusiasm for great service, coffee culture, and hospitality
• Team spirit and the ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
• A flexible, can-do approach with reliability at the core
• Previous front of house or hospitality experience is a plus, but not essential – personality and energy matter most
