    A space to reflect on your future and explore career pathways. A development conversation is a structured discussion designed to support you in reflecting on your career aspirations, strengths, and development needs. It provides an opportunity to consider future career pathways and identify the support required to achieve them.

  3. How long will it take?

    A development conversation will usually last between 45 and 60 minutes. This ensures sufficient time to explore your goals and options in detail.
