£35,000 - £50,000
Implementing our ambitious growth and retention strategy, you’ll build the strongest of relationships with clients whose requirements you’ll exceed by driving the most innovative of business solutions. Central to the delivery of key financial targets, as well as exceptional client service, will be your inspirational leadership of the talented team of managers within your region.
We’ll be looking for senior management experience gained in a highly commercial, price sensitive market like ours. This must have seen you work within brand guidelines and implement change programmes to bring about significant operational benefits. You should also have developed skills as a confident communicator and accomplished presenter, and be adept at developing teams to realise their full potential.

Unit Managers – Opportunities Nationwide
£20,000 - £30,000
As Unit Manager, you’ll not only focus on fantastic food and great customer service, but the business side of things too - managing unit costs and resources and making sure your team is properly supported, trained and developed. Expectations will be high, as will the standards of health, safety and hygiene to which you’ll be working.
Experience of running a busy catering team will be key, but you must also have strong business management skills and be very much focused on results - both culinary and financial. As for qualifications, you should have a City & Guilds 706/1&2, or the NVQ equivalent.

Café Managers – Opportunities Nationwide
The Position
You will be managing a team, running a Cafe Restaurant within a store environment. The Cafe is open 7 days a week. As the Cafe Manager you need to be commercially aware, with the presence and personality to influence the day-to-day business, you'll maximise the performance of your team. Leading by example and setting high standards, you'll enhance sales and provide our customers with great service.
The Person
- Previous supervisory experience
- Retail and commercial skills are a must
- Financial awareness to complete weekly business returns
- Motivated to deliver consistent high standards of food and service quality
- Friendly and approachable, with the management skills to develop and manage a team
- A 'can-do' attitude
- Computer literate

Head Chef Opportunities Nationwide
The Position
As Head Chef, you’ll be expected to create inspired menus and delicious dishes using the finest of ingredients and the freshest of produce - sourced from within 50 miles of our kitchens.
The Person

As well as imagination, passion and creative flair, you’ll need:
- NVQ level 1 / 2 in food preparation and cooking or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Head Chef, demonstrate through your portfolio that your experience meets our standards and you have the skills to produce great food
- Sound knowledge of Hygiene, Health and Safety
- High standards and passionate about food quality and customer service
- Self motivated with the ability to work in a pressurised environment
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- Good people skills and a team player
- A 'Can do' attitude
