Well, the main thing I like about Compass Group is that there is a diversity of businesses within Compass.
Within my current situation I work for Restaurant Associates in the Fine Dining division. It's also a good opportunity, because Compass is such a big company that you can actually move on to different departments and different sectors as well.
I'm proud of the work I do in here, purely and simply because our customers are happy and they return. It's also a great accolade in working for Gary Rhodes.
We are all trying to work towards the same goal, at the end of the day we try to make sure that the customers are happy.
