My job role is varied. It can be in the morning you're doing timesheets, rotas, appraisals, liaising with the nursing staff - that could be ward sisters, modern matrons, and now we've got the modern housekeepers as well.

What I really like most working at the Compass Group is all the different personalities I actually get to meet.

I ensure that my team provides the best service to patients by making sure that every employee is absolutely fully trained.

Patients give me absolutely wonderful feedback on the new ‘Steamplicity’ and they make me feel really proud to be part of the Compass Group.
