My job really is to try and get children excited about healthy eating, recognising fresh ingredients and what we can do with them.
One of the activities which we run is called "On Your Marks, Get Set, Cook" - 15 minutes to produce a healthy meal using fresh ingredients and an understanding of a balanced diet.
The best thing about my job is engaging those children, getting them young and getting them excited about healthy eating. When I hear them cheering and clapping and applauding, you know, for something that's happening in the red team, something that's happening in the green team, they get so excited, and just to hear them, you know, is great. And I can drive home and think I've had a great day today.
