Compass Academy, is our exciting apprenticeship programme.
What is it all about?
The Academy is our exciting two year apprenticeship programme - Now in its second year.
Following an outstandingly successful first year, we are looking for the most talented and passionate young people who want the chance to develop their careers within Compass.
How will it work?
The programme will run over a 2 year period, and will see successful candidates experience an amazing insight into all the different aspects of Compass Group, through a combination of off-the-job learning, as well as being given time within other areas of the business.
You will be assigned a mentor, who, as someone with valuable experience within the company, will be there to advise, support and guide you for the duration on the programme.
During this time you will gain all the skills and know-how necessary to further your career within Compass Group, and you will gain nationally recognised qualifications.
