Future Vision

The future for Compass is sure to be exciting. Week by week, we continue to be awarded major contracts on the strength of our exceptional food, service and support. You could soon be part of success stories such as these:

How Compass makes a trolley innocent

Compass teamed up with the UK’s number one smoothie company, Innocent, to trial grass-covered trolleys serving delicious drinks in up to 50 UK client sites. The initiative, co-developed by our two companies, was designed to help our clients’ employees enjoy healthy, refreshing snacks at any time of day. The trial exercise is proving popular in a business world where people are working longer and taking shorter breaks. If it’s a hit, we’ll roll it out across our entire business.

Compass goes bananas for Fairtrade

All bananas supplied by Compass in the UK have been Fairtrade since May 2008. The move is believed to be a first in the foodservice industry – part of our commitment to ethical sourcing which supports Fairtrade farmers and their communities. Compass offers many other Fairtrade options including tea, coffee, juices, confectionery and wine. In February 2008, we promoted Fairtrade Fortnight by supplying 2,000 of our sites with bespoke point-of-sale materials highlighting the initiative to consumers.
